Hi, I'm Dr Robert Moore (Chiropractor) with over 15 years chiropractic experience. I graduated from RMIT Melbourne in 2009 with a Master's degree in Clinical Chiropractic. I'm Australian and moved to New Zealand in 2013. Initially for a short trip, I fell in love with the region and have practiced in the Queenstown Lakes district since 2013. I reopened Active Chiropractic Wanaka in July 2018.
My aim is to provide effective chiropractic care to people of all ages and backgrounds so that you can remain active in your life.
I have worked in Australia and New Zealand helping people of all ages. I have a particular interest in Sports Chiropractic and completed post graduate studies in Sports Chiropractic 2014 with further studies in 2021. I was the chair of Sports Chiropractic New Zealand from 2016 - 2022. I am now working towards a instructor role in Sports Chiropractic.
I have been privileged to work with athletes of all levels including:
- International and New Zealand national competitive skiers and snowboarders
- National and regional ice hockey teams
- Many local representative and recreational athletes and teams.

Qualifications

2005 – 2007 Bachelor in Applied Science, 2008- 2009 Masters in Chiropractic
I completed my chiropractic education through a three year Bachelor and two year Masters degree at RMIT in Melbourne Australia.

2014 Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (ICCSP)

2021 International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC)
The ICSC is a certification required by Sports Accord in order for a chiropractor to work at national and international sporting events. I have clinical expertise in spinal and extremity manipulation to ensure optimal nervous system function and have comprehensive knowledge and experience in soft tissue therapy, sports taping and acute injury / to post-operative injury management.
