ACC and relevant medical providers in order to provide medical information when appropriate for your best care.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter relevant medical information, we'll be unable to assess and provide correct Chiropractic care.

 

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff to access it .

 

We keep your information for ten years since your last visit at which point we securely destroy it by securley erasing all digital files.
